There is a $25 fee which covers the retrieval of your credit report. Once pre-approved, you can shop for your property with the confidence of knowing your loan is approved. The seller will also feel more confident in your offer knowing you have been approved. Once you have found a property, we order the appraisal and title work for that specific property and subject to the property checking out...you're ready to close!

If you already have a property in mind, or if you are refinancing a current property, you may choose to pay the $300 right now with your online application. This will cover the cost of your appraisal and credit report and the $300 application fee will be credited to your closing costs. These payment options will be made available to you after you fill out the online application form. You can pay securely online using your credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express).

If you are working with a Loan Representative, you will also be given the option of arranging for payment of the application fee separately. You will be required to enter your loan representative's name.
