Burlington,Mass. (September 7, 2004) -- Points East Mortgage, headed by Brian Driscoll has merged with Amerihome Mortgage. Driscoll will join Amerihome as the new Sales Manager in the office in the Burlington, MA office.

Driscoll has worked in several aspects of the mortgage lending industry for the past nine years and has originated over $100 million in loans since founding Points East Mortgage in 1999. In his spare time, Driscoll enjoys golfing, outdoor activities, dining out and interior design. He donates regularly to the Special Olympics, American Cancer Society and Easter Seals.

In his new position, Driscoll will manage, develop sales and provide leadership for the branch. In addition, he will help to grow market share with loan officers that will contribute to Amerihome's current successes by guiding formation of quality relationships that are the foundation of the company

Driscoll has a degree in Economics from Tufts University, is a resident of Medford and is engaged to be married in June of 2005.
