Brookfield, Wisconsin (July 23, 2007) – Amerihome Mortgage Company LLC recently hosted the fifth annual Amerihome World Series at Miller Park’s Helfaer Field to raise money for the St. Vincent DePaul Society chapter at St. Anthony on the Lake Parish, Pewaukee, Wisconsin.

This year, Amerihome’s World Series event, which includes softball games, a home run derby, raffle and tailgate party, raised $1,200 to donate to the St. Vincent DePaul Society. Attendees include Amerihome employees and mortgage financing industry associates.

According to JoAnn Fiorenza, St. Vincent DePaul Society coordinator at St. Anthony on the Lake Parish , Pewaukee, Wisconsin , “The St. Vincent DePaul Society assists anyone who calls the parish that may need help with things like rent, utilities, bills, gasoline.” Fiorenza adds “We also help people in need during holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, plus we assist with the meal program once per month. The financial assistance that is raised at the Amerihome World Series is greatly appreciated. It helps us help more people!”

In addition to Amerihome Mortgage, sponsors were StoneFire Pizza Co., U.S. Automation, Inc., Westridge Builders, Fifth Third Bank, MGIC, Foundations Bank, Financial Data Services, Inc., BNC Mortgage, Wausau Signature Agency, and AIG United Guaranty.

“This originally started as an employee outing and has evolved into a fundraiser for a very good cause, the St. Vincent De Paul Society locally serves so many of the very needy throughout Waukesha and Milwaukee, we are pleased to support it in this small way,” said Nicholas J.
