Amerihome Opens New Office in Naperville

Naperville, IL (October 1, 2005) – Brookfield, Wisconsin-based Amerihome Mortgage Company has continued its expansion in the Chicago metropolitan market by opening another local branch.

The new branch will be located in the East-West Technology Center on West Diehl Road. Employees will transfer to Naperville from the company's Rosemont office, which is headed by Kerry Pastore, one of the four partners who originally founded Amerihome Mortgage in 1997. There is also a branch in downtown Chicago, managed by Amerihome partner Peter Georgitsis.

The new Naperville branch will be headed by Vice President of Operations, Dan Hilpp. Hilpp has been with Amerihome for five years, joining the firm in 2000 as part of a buy-out of Covenant Mortgage. At Covenant Hilpp was Vice President and Branch Manager for five years, has been a member of the National Association of Realtors for twelve years, is licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, and has secured over $150,000 in new construction financing.

Ten employees of the Rosemont office will join Hilpp in the move from Rosemont to the new Naperville branch. Hilpp credits several key players for the growth that led to the firm's expansion.
